Shipping cost is calculated based on actual weight and destination zip code. No per item charge, just total weight rate calculation. You will notice that additional items will not increase your shipping rate by much!

Returns
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange your item or offer you a full refund (minus shipping cost) within 14 days of the original delivery. Only unused items in it's original packaging are returnable. If the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part, we will pay for all standard shipping costs. Returns must be approved by customer service with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Contact customer service or call 781-477-1984.
Special order items that were shipped with a free shipping promotional will be refunded at the value of the products minus 10% or $10 (whichever is greater) restocking fee.
Damaged Items
Please report damaged items within 7 days of receipt. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you. Contact customer service or call 781-477-1984.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 days for processing wax pottery and soy candle orders but often we ship your merchandise even sooner. Please remember that processing time is in addition to the shipping time for your selected shipping method.
