If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange your item or offer you a full refund (minus shipping cost) within 14 days of the original delivery. Only unused items in it’s original packaging are returnable. Returns must be approved by customer service with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Contact customer service or call 781-477-1984.

If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will issue a prepaid return label and pay for all standard shipping costs and charge no restocking fees.

Exchanges are treated as returns with the same rules and you may purchase the replacement item at any time. No need to wait until we receive your return item back, just order the item you want at any time.

Damaged Items
Please report damaged or short shipped items within 7 days of receipt. We will replace them at no cost to you. Contact customer service or call 781-477-1984.

Shipping Cost
Just put your items in the shopping cart and press Estimate Shipping. You will get an instant quote.
Shipping cost is calculated based on actual weight and destination zip code. No per item charge, just total weight rate calculation. You will notice that additional items will not increase your shipping rate by much!

Order Processing and Delivery Times
Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 days for processing orders but often we ship your merchandise the very same day.

We offer a choice of UPS Ground and USPS as our standard delivery service. Please see below the in transit map for merchandise shipped from our location.  USPS Priority is in most cases a bit quicker, most locations 2-3 days, but never guaranteed.
